What’s something unexpected about you? I’m a coxswain for Bowdoin’s rowing team. This spring my boat won gold in our division at the New England Rowing Championships for our division.

In 2010 I cofounded a non-profit to renovate a classroom and deliver resources to a school in Iganga, Uganda. The non-profit is called SONG, Sponsorship of New Grace.

I love the beautiful nature, the down-to-earth people, and the close knit communities.
What’s something unexpected about you?
While Maine has always been my home, I love to travel and see the rest of the world. I spent a semester in Poitiers, France and explored other parts of Europe. I’ve also volunteered in Cap Haitien, Haiti and look forward to more adventures after graduation.

What do you love about Maine? I love how Maine is always open to new and unique ideas that push the boundaries of how we live. I especially like how Maine is embracing alternative energy solutions that would benefit Maine far into the future.
What’s something unexpected about you? I have acted in a number of plays and received awards for light and sound design.

What do you love about Maine?
I have traveled all over the United States, driving from Maine to California to Florida. I love the people of Maine and enjoy the season.
What’s something unexpected about you?
I have many interests and am extremely eclectic. I have restored antique cars and enjoy art and sketching. I love taking road trips and have driven through most of the country. Most people don’t know I have submitted a world record on a pinball machine I restored. I play trumpet and currently play drums in a trio. I enjoy being outside in the summer running, boating, driving, or biking.
