Whether your students desire to be entrepreneurs or work within an established company or organization, Innovation Engineering® teaches them a systematic approach to innovation. Regardless of their major, they learn the tools and gain the confidence to create, communicate and commercialize meaningfully unique ideas in any field of interest.

Developed in partnership with Doug Hall, master innovator and founder of the Eureka! Ranch, Innovation Engineering® empowers students to lead change within their education, careers, affiliations, communities and personal lives. For the United States and your region to remain competitive, it is essential that we prepare our students to be innovative and entrepreneurial. These skills are essential to particpation in the global economy and will prepare graduates to lead the commercialization of new products, services and technologies.

Throughout the program, students learn to use innovation to solve problems and generate ideas for dozens of real-world case studies. Upon completion of the program, students will have gained the ability to create their own opportunities and realize a prosperous and sustaining future in organizations, businesses, or institutions.
